"I loved the design of this dress and wanted it for my 30th anniversary/vow renewal, but knew from the price that it would be poly silk and I really wanted it in 100% silk. I asked Agnes if it would be possible to produce it in real silk at extra cost. She researched it for me and we agreed the fabric I wanted. She charged me the extra cost of the fabric not for the extra work in finding it. Throughout the process Agnes was very honest and kept me informed, responding quickly to communication. The whole process took a long time but that was due to circumstances beyond her control that she fully explained and because the fabric was late. It was a bit nail biting but Agnes worked hard to get it to me in time and at the right location. The final dress was stunning and fit perfectly. I got a lot of compliments on it."
