Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with me, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

Every gown I create is bespoke and made-to-order. Each piece is handcrafted exclusively for you, based on your measurements, design preferences, and our consultations together. Because of this, all orders are final once confirmed and I have begun working on your gown.

2. Orders & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of ordering, before I begin work on your gown. Once payment is received, I always wait 24 hours before ordering your materials — just in case you change your mind. You're welcome to cancel within that window, no questions asked.

After 24 hours, I begin sourcing your fabrics and materials specifically for your gown, and from that point I'm unable to cancel or refund your order. This is simply the nature of bespoke — everything is chosen and made exclusively for you

3. Measurements

You are responsible for providing accurate measurements. I will guide you through the process step by step via WhatsApp video call, so you feel confident and supported. I cannot be held responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by you.

4. Production & Delivery Times

Each gown is handcrafted to order and typically takes 1–16 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.

5. Shipping

I ship worldwide. I offer two delivery options:

Standard Delivery — €35
Europe: 5–14 working days
Rest of the world: 5–21 working days
Express Delivery (5 days) — €75
Available worldwide

Every gown is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives with you in perfect condition.

6. Returns & Alterations

Due to the bespoke nature of my work, I do not accept returns or exchanges on completed orders. However, if adjustments are needed, you are always welcome to send the gown back to me, and we will work together to make it perfect. Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is a fault or damage.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on my website and social media are my intellectual property. They may not be reproduced or used without my written permission.

8. Privacy

I respect your privacy. Any personal information you share with me during the order process is used solely to fulfil your order and to communicate with you. I do not share your data with third parties. Please see my Privacy Policy for full details.
