Returns & Exchanges
Every gown I make is created entirely for you — your measurements, your vision, your moment. Because of this, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges on completed orders. But please read on, because I want you to feel completely at ease before you place your order.
Bespoke & Made-to-Order
When you confirm your order and we begin our journey together, I start work on your gown straight away. Every stitch, every detail is made exclusively for you — which is why all orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
Your Measurements
Getting your measurements right is something we do together. Once you reach out, I'll share my personal number and we'll arrange a WhatsApp video call — just the two of us — where I walk you through every measurement, step by step. You won't be left to figure it out alone.
If Something Isn't Right
In all my years of making gowns, I've never had a client who wasn't happy with the final result. I say that not to boast, but because I genuinely care about every single piece I send out into the world.
That said, if you receive your gown and something feels off, please don't panic. Send it back to me and we'll get on a call together and sort it out until it's exactly right for you.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Before your gown is ever sent out, I photograph it and share the images with you directly — so you can see exactly what's on its way. If anything looks off, we sort it before it even leaves my hands.
In the rare event that something happens during transit and your gown arrives damaged, please don't hesitate — just message or call me straight away on WhatsApp. We'll figure it out together, quickly.
