Follow one gown from first sketch to final fitting.

Welcome in, and thank you for being curious about how I work. My little atelier is where everything happens: sketches on the desk, fabric still in its wrapping, a hem pinned for the third time because it has to be exactly right. I make each gown myself, for one woman at a time, and every step is stitched with far more love than a production line ever could.

I'm starting with Ester's gown, because it was the journey I loved most: from the very first pencil lines to the moment she saw herself in the mirror and I saw it in her face. Below is the whole journey, every photograph and every film, in the order it happened. Scroll slowly. If you're dreaming of a gown of your own, do write to me. I always love a chat, and there's never any pressure at all.

I. Where it began

The first pencil lines, when Ester's gown was still only an idea.

II. Choosing the fabric

Drapes in daylight, and the swatches that made the final cut.

III. Pattern cutting

Paper, chalk, and the quiet geometry underneath it all.

IV. In the making

Stitching, pinning, and the small corrections nobody will ever see.

V. The fittings

The gown meets its bride, and we refine until it disappears on her.

VI. The finished gown

And the films, for the moments a still photograph can't hold.
